Deliveries & Returns
Please email us if there are any challenges with your order, we are here to help you resolve them.
If, for whatever reason, you don't absolutely love your order, simply return it, and well are happy to offer a refund, exchange or Credit Note.
Garments must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the garment for a refund.
If you choose a refund we will refund the price you paid for the Products, NOT including the cost you paid for the delivery of the Products. £1.99 restock fee will also be deducted from the total refund amount.
We also offer an extended returns policy to all customers, if you have changed your mind. You must return the Products to us within 28 days after you receive the Products, and we will issue Store Credit in the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the Products, but not including the cost you paid for the delivery of the Products.
We are happy to accept a return for any garment that is new, unworn, and still fitted with the Antonia Bronze tags that you received. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
ALL returns must include our returns form which can be found and printed from here.
Orders returned without the returns form enclosed will NOT be eligible for a refund, Credit Note or Exchange.
Cost of returns are the responsibility of the Customer. We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
We advise returns to be sent back with tracking.
Garments will need to successfully be received back to our office in order to issue your Refund. Credit Note or Exchange. If a garment is lost in the post on the way back to us & it was sent without tracking, we cannot process this return.
Refunds tend to take a week to process once we have the garment back in our studio.
Queries regarding, delivery, damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase date. Our email for returns is antoniabronzeldn@gmail.com. It is essential that each return includes your Full Name and Order Number, and our returns form is enclosed inside your package.
